The Stoneface Masonry Stucco Process
Stoneface is a masonry application that creates the look of real stone. Handcrafted to simulate the stone design and texture in a wide choice of colors, textures, sizes, and patterns. First, the galvanized metal lath is installed, then a base coat of plaster cement is trowelled. The second coat of cement, the joint coat is applied. Then finally, the color cement coat is applied. This cement is applied more heavily in specific areas and then spread to achieve the texture and thickness of the stone. The stone design is then cut deep enough to reveal the joint coat.
